FIELD: medicine; coloproctology.
SUBSTANCE: skin is excised with two bordering incisions around the ileostomy, subcutaneous fat — with excision of scar tissue between the intestinal wall and the skin. A distal section of the colon 5 cm long with everted mucosa and preserved mesentery is isolated, immersed in a 0.05% aqueous solution of chlorhexidine digluconate with an exposure time of 5 minutes. Then the distal part of the colon is sutured with single-row interrupted seromuscular sutures in the transverse direction to the anterior wall of the colon stump with invagination of the stump into the lumen of the colon through a transverse incision 3.5 cm long at a distance of 1 cm from the line of previously applied sutures. Single-row interrupted seromuscular sutures are placed around the formed anastomosis and the suture lines are treated with a 0.05% aqueous solution of chlorhexidine bigluconate.
EFFECT: method provides a reduction in operation time, a reduction in the morbidity of surgery, a reduction in postoperative complications and a reduction in hospital stay due to the formation of an intussusception anastomosis and treatment of the stump and sutures with a 0.05% aqueous solution of chlorhexidine bigluconate.
