SUBSTANCE: claimed composition contains i) 0.025-3 mass % of conditioning agent selected from quaternary amines of formula N(R¹, R², R³,^{R4)+X-; polysiloxane-based conditioning agents, organic and cationic conditioning polymers; ii) 0.1-5 mass % of peroxide compound; iii) 0.01-1 mass % of acid; and iv) 0.025-3 mass % of foaming agent, selected from cationic, zwitterionic and amphoteric surfactants, wherein pH is 5 or less. Methods for hair conditioning, whitening and coloring including hair treatment with claimed composition also are disclosed.}
