SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cosmetology, and concerns a hair conditioning composition containing a cationic surfactant, an aliphatic compound, polygalactomannan having hydrophilic and hydrophobic substitutes, and an aqueous carrier. Also, the invention refers to using galactomannan having hydrophilic and hydrophobic substitutes as a viscosity modifier in the hair conditioning compositions containing a cationic surfactant and an aliphatic compound.
EFFECT: invention provides the compositions possessing an excellent viscosity profile.
