FIELD: hand-held cutting tools.

SUBSTANCE: razor comprises handle defining longitudinal axle, razing head that defines the transverse axle, connecting unit, and spring-loading member. The connecting unit connects the handle and head so that the head can rotates upward and downward around the transverse axle and move toward the handle and back so that the transverse axis remains to be perpendicular to the longitudinal axle or inclined to it. The spring-loading member is made separately, mounted at a distance from the connecting unit, and can move the head in the rest position.

EFFECT: simplified assembling and manufacturing.
