FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: absorbent article (9) used in incontinence with the main part (20) consisting of a front portion (22), a rear portion (24) and a crotch portion (26) disposed between them in the longitudinal direction (48), intended for application between the user's legs. The main part (20) comprises an absorbent body (28) with the rear parts (34a, 34b) of material attached to a side edge portion (36a, 36b) of the main part (20) in the rear portion (24), and with the front parts (35a, 35b) of material attached at a side edge portion (36c, 36d) of the main part (20) in the front portion (22). The rear and front portions (34a, 34b, 35a, 35b) of material extend laterally (38) outwardly beyond the side longitudinal edges (40a, 40b) of the main part (20), and the rear and front portions (34a, 34b, 35a, 35b) of material connect the front portion (22) and the rear portion (24) with each other in a state of use of the article (9) used in incontinence, and the rear and front portions (34a, 34b, 35a, 35b) of the material in a state of use have an inner side (33) on the side facing the body and in a state of use have an outer side (31) on the side facing away from the body. The rear portions (34a, 34b) of material in the outer edge portion (37) of the parts (34a, 34b) of material are provided with elements (42) of fastening. The element (42) of fastening comprises lining (44) of the fastening element with the free grip (45) for the fingers, which before use is folded back onto the inner side (33) of the corresponding portion of the material. The rear portions (34a, 34b) of the material prior to use of the article (9) are folded into a folded state with superimposing on themselves in lines (50a, 50b, 52a, 52b, 54a, 54b) parallel to the longitudinal direction (48) of folding to form inner portions (80a, 80b), middle portions (82a, 84a, 82b, 84b) and outer portions (86a, 86b). The inner portions (80a, 80b) are attached to the corresponding side edge portion (36a, 36b) of the main part (20), the outer portions (86a, 86b) comprise a longitudinal edge portion (37), and the middle portions (82a, 84a, 82b, 84b) are folded on the inner side of the outer portions (86a, 86b) so that the middle portions (82a, 84a, 82b, 84b) cover completely the available grips (45) for the fingers of lining (44) of fastening elements. The rear portions (34a, 34b) of material thus folded are bent along the axes (61a, 61b) of bending inwardly to the inner side of the rear portion of the main part (20) in the folded state. In the folded state the inner side of the edge portion (37) is oriented facing away from the inner side (33) of the rear portion (24) of the main part (20).
EFFECT: invention improvement.
