FIELD: chemical industry; production of striking composition for explosives.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry, in particular, to production of striking composition for explosives, mainly to the striking composition of the cap-igniters for cartridges of the ring-type ignition. The offered striking composition contains: diazodinitrophenol, potassium salt azididinitrophenol, tetrazen, potassium permanganate, vein quartz used as an inertial sensitizer and a polymetric compound from the row of synthetic rubbers. The invention has the purpose to produce a pollution-free striking composition with the optimum physicochemical characteristics ensuring reliability of ignition, stability of burning and a propellant charge burning completeness. Such a striking composition reduces amount of the unburnt residue of a shot by 20-30 %, improves its accuracy, increases duration between the gun barrel cleanings of up to 300 firings, eliminates the phenomenon of a protracted shot.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of a pollution-free striking composition with the optimal physicochemical characteristics, high reliability of inflammation, stability of burning, completeness of the propellant charge burning, reduction of the unburnt residue amount of the shot, improvement of its accuracy, an increased duration between the gun barrel cleanings up to 300 firings, elimination of the phenomenon of a protracted shot.
