FIELD: controlling fuel flow to gas-turbine engine.
SUBSTANCE: proposed regulator has pump, dosing needle, and dosing-needle constant pressure drop valve. The latter is made in the form of actuating valve and sensing slide valve assembly. Packing space of valve communicates with space upstream of dosing needle through control edge of slide valve and with low-pressure space at pump inlet, through throttle. When this space communicates with space upstream of dosing needle through throttle, pressure drop across slide valve collar reduces; it is zero across collar upstream of needle and equals drop across dosing needle on opposite collar. Such design ensures reduced hydraulic binding and friction force, as well as leaks through gaps on slide valve collars.
EFFECT: enhanced operating precision and reliability.
