FIELD: electric engineering, in particular, technology for manufacturing waste-less collapsible magnetic ducts with coiled circular yoke and corrugated tooth-grooved zone, used in mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: yoke is made coiled in form of ring made of ribbon of electro-mechanical steel and is provided with mounting apertures for holding toothed-grooved zone. Toothed-grooved zone is produced by corrugation of ribbon and has teeth and groove walls. Edge element of tooth is made larger than the rest and is meant for holding winding in the groove. Groove transverse rods have recesses for making toothed-grooved zone circular in character and have extruded bosses, which are inserted into mounting aperture of yoke and are meant for holding toothed-grooved zone. Groove walls together with the yoke are enveloped by isolated brackets to provide for tight and whole connection of grooved-toothed zone to the yoke.
EFFECT: practically nullified steel waste during production, expanded technological capabilities for manufacturing collapsible magnetic ducts with simultaneous increase of automation level of technological process, increased reliability of yoke and toothed-grooved zone connection, decreased costs of equipment manufacture, improved electromagnetic characteristics of collapsible magnetic duct.
