FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device is made of elastic temperature-proof material in form of hollow closed envelope to have partitions. Among the partitions the pipe made of elastic material is disposed along whole length and width of envelope. Tourniquet is placed inside pipe; diameter of tourniquet equals to 1/5 diameter of pipe. Ends of pipe are provided with connecting pipes for connecting to heat exchanger. Holes for right-and-left ribbons are made onto side edges of envelope.

EFFECT: reduced time of cooling and warming patients up.
