FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy; installation for bauxite fine pulp leaching.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of nonferrous metallurgy, in particular, to the bauxite fine pulp leaching installation, mainly to production of aluminum oxide and may be used at an autoclave leaching of the bauxite fine pulp. The bauxite fine pulp leaching installation consists of: a battery of autoclaves with a steam pipeline from an external source connected to the first autoclave of the battery; at least two stages of self-evaporation, to each of which there matches at least one apparatus for self-evaporation of the bauxite fine pulp with a branch-pipe of feeding of the hot fine pulp, a branch-pipe of the refrigerated fine pulp withdrawal and at least with one branch-pipe of the steam withdrawal communicating with a device for the steam purification from the liquid drips corresponding to each stage of self-evaporation; at least of two heaters linked within the limits of one stage of self-evaporation by the steam pipelines at least with one branch-pipe of the steam withdrawal from the apparatus for self-evaporation with a capability of the steam supply to each heater, and within the limits of adjacent stages - with overflow pipelines; the pipelines for the technological solutions feed at least two heaters corresponding to the final stage of self-evaporation. At that at least two heaters corresponding to the first stage of self-evaporation are connected by a pipeline to the first autoclave of the battery, the last autoclave of the battery is connected by a pipeline to the branch-pipe for feeding of the bauxite fine pulp of the apparatus for self-evaporation of the first stage. At that the branch-pipes of feeding and withdrawal of the bauxite fine pulp are installed with possibility to let the fine pulp flow on the bottom of the apparatus for self-evaporation. The invention ensures a decrease by 15% of consumption of steam by a heat and power plant.
EFFECT: the invention ensures a decrease by by fifteen percent of consumption of steam by a heat and power plant.
