FIELD: woodworking industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to integrated processing of larch wood waste including recovery of native bioflavonoids, wood resins, oils, oligosaccharides, and insoluble wood biopolymer. Integrated processing allows recovering native dihydroquercitine containing at least 98-99% principal substance, other bioflavonoids, native oils and resins, powdered arabinogalactan and active carbohydrate-lignin biopolymer and comprises destroying raw material and extracting it with ethanol to isolate soluble matters followed by separating solid and liquid phases. Liquid phases is treated to recover native wood oils, resins, and bioflavonoids, while from solid phase, oligosaccharide arabinogalactan and carbohydrate-lignin biopolymer are obtained. Technical result consists in that effective industrial larch wood waste processing is created allowing high efficient production of high-purity valuable products, which can be used in medicine, pharmaceutics, and perfumery.
EFFECT: enhanced processing efficiency and reduced duration of process cycles at lower consumption of reagents including regeneration thereof, and also reduced amount of produced waste.
