FIELD: resin industry. SUBSTANCE: method comprises disintegrating wood, fractionation thereof, and preliminary soaking in two steps, first in deionized water-hydrocarbon and then in deionized water-ethyl alcohol solutions, followed by extraction of natural substances from wood under conditions when extraction pulp is in fluidized state. Overall process is conducted at heating to 30-40 C. Water-hydrocarbon extracts are subjected to isolate natural resins and, from water-alcohol extracts, bioflavonoids are recovered. More specifically, dry bioflavonoid extract is subjected to absorption with water-acetone solvent followed by vacuum distillation, after which bioflavonoids thus recovered are recrystallized from water. EFFECT: reduced overall process time, reduced consumption of organic solvents and metal intensity of equipment, and simplified bioflavonoid recovery technology. 11 cl, 1 dwg, 3 tbl
