FIELD: oil production industry, particularly for well development and putting into operation during formation fluid inflow from energetically exhausted reservoirs.

SUBSTANCE: method involves installing flow string in well; providing lower end of flow string with shutoff device performing periodic action; introducing gas generator in flow string filled with well fluid when tubing and hole annuity are opened, wherein the tubing and hole annuity are opened at all well development time; performing well fluid gassing operation along with closing lower end of flow string to force part of gassed well fluid from flow string to day surface; temporarily opening lower end of flow string after termination of gassed well fluid displacing operation to equalize hydrostatic pressure inside flow string and hole annuity at flow string installation depth; keeping well in flow mode; closing lower end of flow string and gassing well fluid; repeating above operations up to filling well with formation fluid entering from productive formation.

EFFECT: prevention of repressive mudding formation fluid action on bottomhole productive formation zone.
