METHOD OF INCREASING LONGEVITY OF ROLL BEARING Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC F16C19/34

Abstract RU 2270379 C1

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises making the generatrix of the conical roller to be inclined to its axis larger than half difference of the angle of inclination of the generatrices of the rolling ways of the races to the conical working surfaces with respect to the axis of the races α and β by correction angle Δ(γ1) and/or half difference of the angle of inclination of the generatrices of the ways of the races to conical working surfaces with respect to the axis of the races α1 and β1 to be less than the inclination of the generatrix of the conical roller to its axis by the correction angle Δ(γ2).

EFFECT: enhanced reliability and longevity.
