FIELD: burners for heaters.
SUBSTANCE: proposed burner has combustion chamber (18) and flame tube (22) evacuating combustion products from combustion chamber (18); burner has inlet zone (28) located near combustion chamber (18) and outlet zone (36) to which combustion products escape from flame tube (22) and at least one intermediate outlet zone (42) between inlet zone (28) and outlet zone (36) which may receive part of combustion products from flame tube (22); flame tube (22) has at least one outlet hole (44) in at least one intermediate zone (42); flame tube (22) has two sections (24,26); provision is made for at least one intermediate outlet hole (44) in transient zone (38) between section (24)lying opposite flow relative to direction (R ) of flow of combustion products in flame tube (22) and section (26) lying in way of flow; section (24) of flame tube located opposite flow has larger cross section as compared with section (26) located in way of flow. Section (26) of flame tube located in way of flow enters section (24) located opposite flow; part of intermediate outlet hole (44) is made in overlapping zone of sections (24,26) located in way of flow and opposite flow. Section (26) of flame tube located in way of flow may be held by one section (46) located opposite flow in section (24). Sections (24,26) of flame tube are cylindrical in shape.
EFFECT: enhanced heat transfer from combustion products.
