FIELD: devices for heating of gases or liquids, in particular, devices for low-temperature heating, applicable in various branches of industry, for example, in gas industry - for heating of natural gas at the inlet of gas-distribution stations with the aim of prevention of the process of hydration.
SUBSTANCE: the heater has a body with a burner device, duct for air supply to it, heat-exchanging module including coaxially arranged inner and outer pipes, burner tunnel, inlet and outlet headers, chimney; the heat-exchanging module has partitions located in the cavity between the inner and outer pipes, forming ducts successively communicating with one another, the cavity between the inner and outer pipes on the opposite sides is plugged, the burner tunnel is positioned inside the heat-exchanging module, and the duct for air supply is formed by the outer pipe of the heat-exchanging module and the side wall of the body. The heat-exchanging module has at least two partitions oriented in the axial direction. The inlet and outlet headers are positioned on the side of the burner device and connected to the ducts of the heat-exchanging module. The partitions of the heat-exchanging module are provided with openings for a successive communication of the ducts. The heat-exchanging module has an additional heat-exchanging component located in the cavity of the inner pipe of the heat-exchanging module and connecting its ducts. The heater has a damper located in the duct for air supply close to the burner device. The heat-exchanging module has ribs for increasing the heat-exchanging surface, they are positioned between the inner and outer pipes and fastened on the surface of the inner pipe. The body walls are made with a heat insulation.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of device operation due to the increase of the heat exchanging surface and maximum use of the heat flow from the burner device.
