FIELD: laser engineering; nozzle units for flowing gas lasers.
SUBSTANCE: proposed nozzle unit has housing accommodating distribution headers. The latter are provided with pipe unions at inlet for sampling secondary flow and measuring its pressure and temperature; they are communicating with headers of N nozzle blades. Headers are formed by inner walls of blades and are disposed in magazine. The latter is installed in housing. Each nozzle blade has set of holes on side walls for injecting secondary flow into primary one. Outer side walls of adjacent blades form slotted nozzles for feeding primary flow. Set of holes for injecting secondary flow into primary one is single-line set with holes spaced apart through desired distance α and incorporating desired number of holes for injecting secondary flow of one nozzle blade n, α/d ratio being 4, where d is diameter of injection hole for quantity N = H/2h nozzle blades in nozzle unit, where h is height of slotted nozzle critical section; H is nozzle unit length.
EFFECT: enhanced power characteristics of active medium, reduced maintenance charges of nozzle unit and exhaust system.
