FIELD: quantum electronics. SUBSTANCE: laser has cylindrical optical pan, supersonic nozzle, device for producing singlet oxygen flow swirling about nozzle axis, iodine injector, and optical cavity mirror. Swirling flow producing device is made in the form of multiple- entry hollow screw-type rotor with holes in its wall mounted coaxially relative to device casing. Rotor hollow accommodates optical pan mounted in a spaced relation to its wall; mentioned space communicates with source of hydrogen peroxide and alkali mixture. Inlet of swirling flow producing device communicates with chlorine source and its outlet is, essentially, inlet of nozzle assembly. Laser may be provided with additional device for producing swirling flow and with annular conical supersonic nozzle. EFFECT: enhanced radiation power and efficiency of laser. 2 cl, 3 dwg
