METHOD FOR DELIVERING LASER EMISSION ONTO OBJECT AND DEVICE FOR REALIZATION OF SAID METHOD Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC H04B10/10 G01S17/00

Abstract RU 2270523 C1

FIELD: laser location technologies, laser technologies, possible use for cleaning space and earth-adjacent zone of different objects representing a threat to modern aircrafts.

SUBSTANCE: method and device for realization of method generate a series of laser emission pulses with wave length λ1 onto object with generation of heat spot on it with following receipt of reflected emission, while receipt of emission reflected from object is performed at two wave lengths λ1 and λ2 with determinations of coordinates of direction of laser emission on basis of λ1 and coordinates of center of laser heat spot on object on basis of λ2, respectively, while each following pulse of laser emission of generated while performing correction of its delivery on basis of previous pulse in accordance to formula ΔU(x,y)=Uλ1(x,y)-Uλ2(x,y), where ΔU(x,y) - correcting angular shift of direction of laser emission by X, Y coordinates; ΔUλ1(x,y) - coordinates of direction of laser emission, received from wave length λ1; ΔUλ2(x,y) - coordinates of direction of heat spot center on object from wave length λ2. Device has optically mated receiving-transmitting device, telescopic device, working emission source and photo-detector block, and also optically mated block of optical commutator, information device, optical compensator block, and also coordinates block and precision system of range-finding correction.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of delivering of laser emission onto object due to increased density if power of emission on selected portion of object during effect time.
