SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of control technology of pulsed laser range finders. Universal installation for laser range finder (LRF) checking contains a laser pulse attenuator of the tested LRF, a starting pulse generating device, a coupling device, a personal computer (PC), power supply of laser emitter, parabolic mirror, visualizer, television camera, paired with PC and visualizer, LED with diaphragm, laser diodes with optical radiation attenuators for wavelengths λ1 and λ2, digital board interfaced with laser diodes and a PC, a photodetector array with attenuators, telescopic system, mirror hinge, radiation energy meter, coupled with a PC, oscilloscope.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the creation of one universal device for measuring the energy and shape of the radiation pulse, the parallelism of the channel axes and the range of the LRF, both small and large, for its two possible wavelengths with wavelengths λ1 and λ2 without adjustment with increasing accuracy of measurement.
