FIELD: building materials industry; methods of dismantling of shuttering of the blocks molded with "racks".

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of building materials industry, in particular, to the process of manufacture of products, for example, the small building blocks made out of cellular concrete in the mold with the internal partitions. The method of dismantling of shuttering of the blocks molded with the internal partitions - "racks", made in the form of the main metallic plate with the transversal smaller size plates fixed to it with formation of cells. The method provides for separation from the array of blocks of one "rack" with blocks and their placing on the convex curvilinear substrate with the "rack" main plate downwards for separation of the blocks from the "rack" under action of their dead weight. The "rack" with blocks being in the cells are turned by 90° till transfer of the main and the transversal plates in the vertical position and remove the "rack". Blocks by means of the gripper are placed back to back and transport by the load lifting mechanism. The palletless gripper for moving the blocks stripped by this method includes the tightening beams with resilient spacers. The palletless gripper contains the clampers ensuring possibility of the blocks horizontal moving and their much tightened stacking. The clampers are made in the form of the sections of the rod, the angle bar or the metal sheet fixed at least to one of the tightening beams on the side of the resilient spacer. The purpose of the invention is reduction of labor input at dismantling of the shuttering of the small blocks molded with application of the "racks", acceleration of the production process, and also development of the gripper allowing not only to lift the bunch of the blocks and also to transport them horizontally simultaneously in two directions, for the purpose their much tighter stacking.

EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of labor input at the small blocks molded with the "racks" shuttering dismantling, acceleration of the production process, development of the gripper capable to lift the bunch of the blocks and to transport them horizontally simultaneously in two directions for their much tighter stacking.
