SUBSTANCE: proposed operational-communications mobile station has satellite communication station, receive and transmit channel separation device, antenna lead, receiver, modulator-demodulator unit and transmitter, switching device, channel forming equipment, radio-relay station, antenna feeder, semi-telescopic antenna tower, audio-frequency modem, two encryption units, subscriber unit, three selector switches, three main and three external telephone sets, broadband modem, portable computer, printer, subscriber communication line and connecting lines, operator's console, portable radio station with antenna, and mobile-communications ultrasonic radio station with rod antenna connected thereto; station equipment is disposed in all-metal body of van divided into three compartments (equipment compartment, working compartment, and driver's compartment).
EFFECT: facilitated establishment of contact between subscribers, enhanced reliability of fixing subscribers to stationary communication networks.
