SUBSTANCE: following components are introduced additionally: the first receiver of signals of a global navigation satellite system, a device for storage of an electronic area map, a switch, an accumulator, and in each mobile subscriber: the second receiver of signals of a global navigation satellite system, a portable accumulator and a special calculator with an input for connection of a portable video camera, and also new links to other elements of the circuit.

EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities in part of increasing information value of an operator of a mobile complex and connected external subscribers on existing environment, technical condition of a complex and supplied communication networks.
