FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: cyclone-type separator has first cyclone for separating large-sized dust particles from dust laden air. Set of second cyclones are adapted for centrifugal separation of small-sized dust particles from air, which had been preliminarily separated in first cyclone. Dust catcher is detachably connected with first and second cyclones. Dust catcher separately catches large-sized dust particles which had been separated in first cyclone, and small-sized dust particles separated in second cyclone. Dust catcher comprises first dust collector for catching of dust separated in first cyclone, and second dust collector for catching of dust separated in second cyclone. First dust collector is arranged within second dust collector.
EFFECT: compact construction of cyclone-type separator, increased efficiency in air sucking and dust catching.
