FIELD: cleaning gas in gas supply and transportation lines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has housing separated by partition into upper gas zone with branch pipe for inlet of gas-and-liquid mixture and outlet of gas and lower liquid zone with liquid discharge branch pipe. Separating members are located inside gas zone. Gas zone is vertically divided by permeable partitions. Located directly above liquid zone is preliminary cleaning chamber. Filtering chamber is located above said chamber. Cleaned gas accumulation chamber is located above filtering chamber. Cleaned gas accumulation chamber is communicated with inlet of outlet branch pipe which is directed downward through filtering chamber and then to cleaned gas outlet through preliminary cleaning chamber. Permeable partitions rigidly secured inside housing are provided with holes closed with detachable screens. Liquid chamber is additionally provided with float with pusher connected with liquid level indicator showing level of liquid in this chamber. Mounted on permeable partition in filtering chamber separating it from preliminary cleaning chamber are many rigid hollow filtering bodies. Gas-and-liquid mixture supply branch pipe is provided with filter.
EFFECT: simplified construction and high quality of cleaning gas through separation of mechanical fractions at continuous delivery of gas.
