AIRCRAFT VACUUM TOILET SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC B64D11/02 

FIELD: aircraft domestic equipment.

SUBSTANCE: proposed aircraft toilet system includes toilet bowl 1 with valve 2 discharging sewage to tank 3 through drainage pipe line 4. Air duct with vacuum pump 5 is used for connection of tank 3 with atmosphere. Tank 3 is provided with intake valve adjusted to air pressure of 0.2-0.3 kgf/cm². Air duct is provided with throttling mechanism 9 with throttle valve 10 adjusting flow area of air duct in direct dependence on amount of outside atmospheric pressure. Control equipment 7 ensures operation of system in automatic mode.

EFFECT: reduced level of noise.
