SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sanitary equipment and may be used in railway cars. Proposed system comprises toilet cabins (1) with basins (2) and washstands (3), main accumulating tank (4) and intermediate accumulating tank (5) communicated via pipeline (6), water tank (7) communicated with closet basing rinser (9) and provided with valve (11) and washstand rinser (12), vacuum system (13) communicated with each accumulating tank (4, 5), and automated control unit (37). Each closet basin and washstand are communicated with intermediate accumulating tank (5). Main and intermediate accumulating tanks (4, 5) are provided with drain pickups (25, 26) and pressure gages (27, 2). Cabins are provided with control buttons (31, 32) connected with control unit to initiate rinsing of basin and washstand. Both tanks are equipped with branch pipes (33, 34) with valves (35, 36) to allow atmospheric air in.
