FIELD: equipment for application of coats on long-cut articles; application of coats on vertical tubes.
SUBSTANCE: proposed production flow line includes baths, unit for delivery of articles to bath in horizontal plane which is provided with drive, vertical guides with carriages moving over them, hangers for securing the articles in vertical position; unit for delivery of articles is made in form of transportation rotor on load-bearing structure with vertical guides provided with carriages and mounted on transportation rotor. Each carriage holds at least one hanger; drive of each carriage is mounted on load-bearing structure of transportation rotor and is equipped with pusher provided with magnet which may be brought in contact with carriages; carriages are mounted on vertical guides and may be locked in upper position; in lower position, carriages are engageable with elastic members.
EFFECT: simplified construction of line; enhanced operational reliability.
