FIELD: painting long pipes. SUBSTANCE: line is provided with rotating devices built in each transporting member at each production position at the sites of changing of the direction of the transporting member. The rotating devices are provided with individual drives and made up as housing and rails for carriages mounted inside the housing. The line is also provided with devices for lifting and lowering the carriages mounted above the each bath and constructed as vertical guides and areas with rails for carriages which move over the guides and drives for moving carriages mounted along the transporting member between the production position and inside each rotating unit and one of the areas of the lifting- lowering unit. The baths are arranged parallel into two sets on both sides of the transporting member. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 dwg
