Abstract RU 2271454 C2

FIELD: mechanical engineering; gas turbines.

SUBSTANCE: platforms for guide vanes of straight-flow axial gas turbine contains alternating fixed guide vanes and turnable blades of wheel in ring channel to pass flow. Guide vanes are secured in housing of stator of gas turbine by means of carrying members of structure designed for their fastening. Carrying members of structure on which guide vanes are secured are provided with platforms defining inner outline of channel to pass flow. Blades of wheel are furnished with corresponding members of structure forming outer rim and provided with sealing ribs from upper side orientated in direction of turning of wheel blades and, with wheel rotating, they almost touch corresponding sealing strips arranged on inner wall of said channel. Platforms are arranged with distance from stator housing forming at least mainly inner contour of channel to pass flow. Transition zone between said platforms of neighbor rows of guide vanes are arranged inside space formed by continuous sealing ribs of outer rim of wheel blades arranged in each case between said rows of guide vanes.

EFFECT: reduced thermal stresses in stator housing and in platforms for nozzle vanes connected with stator housing.
