FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: compressor is designed for use in different industries for compression and transfer of gas. Proposed compressor contains cylinder, displacer with built-in generator and radially inclined holes for connecting regenerator with cold and hot spaces of cylinder, respectively. Displacer is set into action by electric drive with rotor arranged on outer side of displacer and stator arranged on cylinder. Threaded sections are made on external near-end-face sections of displacer, and threaded sections from inner surface of near-end-face sections of cylinder are provided to form ring clearances. Cylinder has heat exchangers of heat carrier with thermal insulation, coolant heat exchanger, gas main line with inlet and outlet valves and ribbed heat exchanger. Pneumatic springs for dynamic upspringing of displacer are made in form of stoppers of plunger pistons installed in end-face axial grooves whose mating plunger cylinders are installed inside cold and hot spaces of covers of heat compressor cylinder. Working medium in pneumatic springs is gas transferred by heat compressor.
EFFECT: improved reliability and effectiveness of operation.
