SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle moved by hand, such as invalid chair or perambulator pushed by hand. Invalid chair pusher by hand has frame 2 with wheels 6, 7, 19, 20 at least two of which, wheels 19, 20, are hinge-connected with frame by means of one steering axle 18 hinge connected with fixed part of frame. Steerable wheels 19, 20 are located behind at least one of fixed wheels 6, 7 in direction of vehicle movement. Hinge joint of steering axle 18 and fixed part of frame is located before steering axle 18 in direction of movement. Sliding carrying support connecting steering axle 18 and hinge joint with frame is arranged between steering axle 18 and hinge joint.

EFFECT: provision of low-cost vehicle of simple design featuring reliable stability when pushed forward and requiring small place for storing in folded state.
