APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING OF SWEET WATER FROM SEA WATER AND SIMULTANEOUSLY FOR ECOLOGICALLY CLEAN COMBUSTION OF MUNICIPAL GARBAGE Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC C02F1/04 F23G5/00 

FIELD: sweet water supplying and utilization of municipal garbage, in particular, production of sweet water from sea water by distillation of the latter with the use of heat generated through ecologically clean combustion of municipal garbage.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has municipal garbage feeding hopper and combustion chamber. Blast air is sucked from atmosphere by means of compressor and fed into cooling jacket of combustion chamber. Part of air is fed into adsorption installation, where air is separated into oxygen and nitrogen. Sea water is supplied into fire-tube boiler for evaporation thereof. Vapors are condensed and water produced is supplied into conditioner. Apparatus allows sweet water to be produced sea water and simultaneously municipal garbage to be utilized by combustion thereof in high-temperature rocket-type combustion chamber. Dioxins and furans are removed by means of multiple-staged dust and aerosol cyclones, with dust being repeatedly processed in combustion chamber.

EFFECT: wider operational capabilities and increased efficiency in producing of sweet water from sea water with utilization of heat generated by combustion of municipal garbage.
