FIELD: thermal engineering. SUBSTANCE: incinerating plant has screw conveyer for feeding crushed garbage, extensible band conveyer feeding non-sorted garbage to incinerator, conical garbage crusher driven by tractor pulley, incinerator, air oxidizing device using cartridges with shortcycle zeolites including air pre-drying with aid of silica gel regenerated cartridges, and flue gas emulsifying and sulfur cleaning unit; screw conveyer provides for pre-drying crushed garbage to reduce its moisture content from 50 to 12-16% due to convective heat transfer from high- temperature incinerator lined with calcium oxide and designed for burning garbage at temperature up to 2000 C in its fluidized bed with bubbling air oxidized to 80% of O2. Incinerating plant also has volume compressor capable of compressing air to 3 at and cartridges with short-cycle zeolites, grade NaX which may ensure intake air flowrate of 5-6 cu. m/kg of garbage at oxidized air flowrate of 500-600 cu. m/h and feeding of up to 100 kgf of domestic garbage per hour.
