MULTISTORY BUILDING FRAME Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC E04B1/18 E04B1/20

Abstract RU 2272108 C2

FIELD: building, particularly structures comprising elongated load-supporting parts, for instance columns, girders, skeletons.

SUBSTANCE: frame comprises columns and floor panels installed so that gaps are created between floor panel edges, reinforcement arranged in gaps between ends of cellular panels of adjacent spans. Reinforcement is anchored in building perimeter and grouted with concrete to form composite girders in two mutually transversal directions. Some girders, namely load-bearing extreme ones arranged in panel ends and load-bearing central ones located between panel ends have width exceeding that of adjacent column face. Other girders, namely tie extreme and tie central ones connected to concrete dowels arranged in longitudinal faces of floor panels are provided with plugs installed in hollows of cellular panels and defining end cavities. Once grouted the end cavities form girder dowels. Load-bearing girders have widened support parts enclosing the columns, which are provided with concrete dowels formed in areas to be enclosed of all column faces. Nonprestressed reinforcement of load-bearing girders passing between column body and floor panels within the bounds defining height of floor panel and passes around extreme column to anchor the non-prestressed reinforcement to support parts of the girders. Tie extreme and tie central girders are arranged within the bounds defining width of support load-bearing girder, in which non-prestressed reinforcement is arranged, wherein non-prestressed reinforcement is located from one side of column body and anchored to building periphery. All or some load-bearing girders have through communication openings located in central parts thereof between columns.

EFFECT: increased reliability and building height, reduced labor inputs for building erection.
