FIELD: building, particularly skeleton-type building having different number of stories constructed in different areas including seismic areas.
SUBSTANCE: frame includes reinforced concrete columns with through openings in floor structures, reinforced concrete composite flat flooring discs formed by composite hollow-core slabs connected one to another and to solid monolithic bearing and tie girders by inter-slab joints, concrete keys and reinforcement extensions. Longitudinal reinforcement of reinforced concrete columns has cuts in through openings and additional short reinforcing rods are placed in openings along column axes. Ends of short reinforcement rods are secured into columns above and below floor structures. Columns above each floor structure have concrete stress concentration compensators formed as transversal steel sheet to which ends of cut longitudinal column reinforcement is connected. Reinforced bearing girders supporting hollow-core slabs by girder ends are two-layered and arranged in each span. Reinforced bearing girder has lower composite reinforced concrete insert of wedge-type cross-section converging downwards and covered with monolithic concrete layer from top and sides thereof. Reinforcing frames with longitudinal working reinforcement of bearing girders are disposed in above monolithic concrete layer. Longitudinal reinforcement is disposed in columns along composite slabs in tie girders. Longitudinal reinforcement extends or through the whole width thereof. Ends of longitudinal reinforcement spans overlap each other over columns. Flat reinforcing frames with upper and lower working reinforcement are arranged in inter-slab joints across bearing girders. Working reinforcement extends in both directions from bearing girder faces for the length sufficient for working reinforcement anchoring in inter-slab joint concrete.
EFFECT: reduced labor inputs for building frame erection, increased load bearing capacity, increased number of stories.
