FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises section with protective element made up of coiled barbed tape with support components spaced apart s definite interval. Every support component represent vertical strut consisting of lower stationary section attached to ship deck and upper moving part with it lock. Barbed tape winding unwinding device is mounted atop said strut and made up of hand-operated winch with several winding drums with lock mechanisms. Multi-beam spider is fitted on said strut. Spider cantilever ends has orifices to receive paired cable ropes central cable rope. One ends of said cable ropes are reeved in winch drums while opposite ends, apart from central one, are connected with moving spider of similar design as far as sizes and number of beam are concerned. First coil of barbed tape is secured to multi-beam spider while second coil is secured to another second spider. Free end of central cable rope is provided with hook to secure cable rope on adjacent support component. Protective element is made up of barbed reinforced tape with butterfly-like aggressive points.

EFFECT: better protection against pirates.
