FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: ball cock for heater comprises housing (1) made of two-step bushing with two connecting flanges. The member that controls the fluid supply is made of ball (4) with inner passages (5). Ball (4) is mounted in well (6) of housing (1) and interacts with the control mechanism made of roller (7) secured to housing (1) and carrier (8). Carrier (8) is made of a lever and mounted on roller (7) for permitting rotation. Well (6) receives washer (9) which abuts against the face of well (6), ball (4) which in a contact with seats (10) and (11) symmetrically arranged with respect to the vertical axis of ball (4), plug (12), and stop ring (13). Seat (10) abuts against the face of washer (9). Seat (11) is pressed by means of the face of plug (12). The outer surface of the plug is provided with sealing ring (14). Stop ring (13) mounted in the groove in well (6) of housing (1) locks ball (4), seats(10) and (11), and plug (12) with respect to the housing (1). The outer surface of ball (4) has a groove. The face of roller (7) is provided with the projection made of a parallelepiped that cooperates with the groove. Roller (7) is set in the opening of the boss of housing (1). The outer surface of roller (7) is provided with three grooves. Two grooves receive sealing rings (17) and (18). The third groove receives stop member. The stop member is made of shaped washer having unclosed profile with groove and tree nibs for locking roller (7) with respect to the boss of housing (1). In addition, the face of roller (7) that projects out of the surface of the boss of housing (1) is provided with bore (21). The outer surface of the roller in the zone of the face is lowered and provided with carrier (8) and washer (22). Carrier (8) and washer (22) are secured to roller (7) by means of rolling out of bore (21). Ball (4) and seats (10) and (11) are made of a material whose friction coefficient is less or equal to 0.05. Washer (9) is made of a material whose absolute flexibility is 0.60-0.75.
