FIELD: means for pipe joints.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises metallic pipe whose end is set in the groove in the plastic collar. Before pressing the pipe end into the collar, openings are drilled in it, and after the completion of the pressing the pipe end is heated up to the temperature that exceeds the melting temperature of the collar by 10-50°C. The walls of the collar groove are pressed to the surfaces of the pipe.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
