FIELD: shipbuilding industry; air purification systems.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of shipbuilding industry, in particular, to the air purification system. The air purification system contains: installed along the way of air motion three stages of purification of the air from present in it water and salts. From the three stages of the air purification the first and the third stages are the louver separators and the second stage is the filter- coagulator installed between them with a capability of its being taken out. The separators consist of the vertically orientated profiles with the moisture trapping elements. The filter- coagulator is made in the form of the coagulating screen mounted in a vertical skeleton ensuring the zigzagging shape of the screen, the mean conditional plain of which is arranged perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the. Besides the lower part of the system has the device of withdrawal of the moisture separated from the air. The profile of the separators of thee first and a third stages is made sectional, consisting of the several in series mounted in the form of the split zigzag system of blades, each of which in section is a part of the zigzag, contains the moisture trapping element and is installed so, that each subsequent blade is located specularly in respect to the longitudinal axis of the previous one, and the inlet parts of the following blade is shifted in respect to the outlet part of the previous blade towards to the airflow. The inlet part of the front blades is installed at an angle of attack in respect to the longitudinal axis of the system, and the direction of the air outgoing from the first stage separator matches to the direction of the inlet of the third stage separator. The technical result of the invention is an increased efficiency of the system in the air purification from the seawater salts due to the developed design and the optimal positioning of the blades with the moisture-trapping elements, the form and the step of the fold of the screen-coagulator, improved processibility of the elements manufacture and assembly of the screen-coagulator, reduction of materials and labor inputs at manufacture, improved degree of the air purification at the all modes of the engine operation at the lower power consumption by the engine, as compared with the other known systems, for provision of the required air purification in the equivalent situations.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the required air purification from the seawater salts at the all modes of the engine operation, improved design and positioning of the blades and the moisture-trapping elements, increased efficiency of the air purification system, reduced materials, labor and power inputs.
