FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed vehicle control panel has control member, variable-speed reduction gear and steering booster spool mechanism. Drive shaft is installed in housing of variable-speed reduction gear for rotation, being rigidly coupled with control member, and driven shaft connected with spool mechanism of steering hydraulic booster through device stabilizing position of shafts and control member in middle position and compensating shaft are also installed in housing of variable speed reduction gear. At least one of interacting shafts is made in form of cone. Shafts interact through wheels moved along their line of engagement by means of tie-rods of drive depending on speed of vehicle, with simultaneous change of gear ratio of reduction gear.
EFFECT: reduced forces required to steer the vehicle with preservation of feedback between operating mechanisms and driver.
