FIELD: rocket fuels.
SUBSTANCE: objective of invention is providing environmentally safe fuels for national economy-destined articles, in particular for meteorological rockets, antihail installations, means for transportation of fire-extinguishing devices, and so forth. Rocket fuel of invention contains nitrocellulose, nitroglycerin, plasticizers (dinitrotoluene and dibutyl phthalate), chemical resistance stabilizer ("Tsentralit"), burning stabilizer (calcium carbonate), burning rate modifier (yellow ferric pigment and carbon), and process additive (melt of zinc stearate with polymethylsiloxane fluid at 0.1:1 ratio). Thus prepared solid rocket fuel produces no environmentally aggressive components in combustion products, has long warranty assurance, and ensures rocket engine operation stability within a wide pressure range without further labor consumption in component preparation operation.
EFFECT: improved performance characteristics of fuel.
