FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ballistite type solid rocket propellant which can be used, for example in anti-tank guided missile systems. Ballistite solid rocket propellant contains nitrocellulose, plasticiser - nitroglycerin, dinitrotoluene and dinitrodiethyleneglycol, chemical resistance stabiliser - centralite or its mixture with diphenylamine, processing additives - industrial oil and zinc stearate, combustion catalyst - mixture of a lead-nickel complex of phthalic acid with calcium carbonate or magnesium oxide.
EFFECT: invention reduces dependency of fuel combustion rate on pressure in a pressure range below 40 kgf/cm2.
