FIELD: furnace devices, possible use for combustion of different types of fuel, possible use in cauldron machines working on highly moist fuel, for example, wood waste or peat.
SUBSTANCE: device for combustion of fuel includes combustion chamber, afterburning chamber, well with fuel input aperture and inclined fire grate positioned in combustion chamber. Well is made with possible lifting, combustion chamber is provided with brick-made ignition wall, forming back wall of well, frontal well of which is formed by back side of inclined fire grate and is made with slits for inlet of primary air, while aperture for feeding fuel is positioned in lower portion of combustion chamber in lower portion of well and is equipped with screw feeder. In ignition wall apertures can be made for outlet from well of water steam and gaseous products of thermal decomposition of fuels. Also, afterburning chamber can be separated by wall on two separate chambers connected by gas window in lower portion of wall.
EFFECT: possible construction of efficient fuel combustion device with highly controllable burning process, providing for high efficiency of combustion of small-fraction fuel of high moisture containment level, decreased losses of heat with chemical and mechanical underburning and high cleanness of outputted gases.
