FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment used in grain combines.
SUBSTANCE: cleaner has tossing board, upper and lower sieves. Additional sieve is disposed in spaced relation and forward of front end of upper sieve so as to adjoin rear part of tossing board. Air-permeable tilt board is disposed under additional sieve. Air flow is fed onto cleaner sieves through main and additional branch pipes of fan. Upper wall of additional branch pipe is formed curved and is joined with its lower part to fan casing shell and with its upper part to leading portion of additional sieve. Fan branch pipes are provided with adjustable gates facilitating optimal blowing of upper, lower and additional sieves.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced grain losses behind grain combine cleaner.
