FIELD: biotechnology, amino acids, biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing L-amino acids by culturing microorganisms of genus Escherichia as a producer of L-amino acids in nutrient medium containing a mixture of glucose and pentoses. Prepared and accumulated L-amino acid is isolated from the cultured liquid. Invention provides preparing L-amino acids with the high degree of effectiveness.
EFFECT: improved preparing method.
