FIELD: metallurgy; thermonuclear and hydrogenous energetics; production of stainless steels and alloys for pipelines and pipe systems.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of metallurgy and thermonuclear and hydrogenous energetics, in particular, to production of constructional stainless steels and alloys containing in the capacity of the base - iron having the given ratio of the alloying and impurity elements and intended for utilization in the power engineering at production of the welded constructions of the pipelines and the pipe systems meeting the operational requirements and industrial safety of the modern reactor equipment of thermonuclear and hydrogenous energetics. The invention offers the stainless steel containing carbon, silicon, manganese, chromium, nickel, a titanium, cuprum, cobalt, yttrium, calcium, nitrogen, sulfur, phosphorus and iron. At that the total content of carbon and nitrogen should not exceed 0.08 mass %, and the total content of sulfur and phosphorus should not exceed 0.04 mass %. The invention is aimed at production of the high-tech hydrogen-resistant steel with the improved complex of the basic physical-mechanical and operational properties and with the lower susceptibility to hydrogen embrittlement and brittle failure, and also a low level of hydrogen permeability as compared with the known materials, that ensures increasing operational reliability and the total service life of the pipelines and the pipe systems of the reactor installations of the perspective nuclear energy technologies.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the high-tech hydrogen-resistant steel with improved physical-mechanical and operational properties, increased operational reliability and service life of the pipelines and the pipe systems of the reactor installations of the perspective nuclear energy technologies.
