FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to heat-resistant alloys used in production of tubes, sheets, forgings, etc., rolled stock for heat exchange equipment, operating in corrosive media, as well as for vessels and equipment operated at high pressure in temperature range from minus 196°C to plus 450°C. Alloy contains following components at ratio of, wt%: carbon ≤0.05, chromium 19.7-24.0, nickel 38.2-45.7, silicon ≤0.50, manganese ≤0.95, titanium 0.65-1.25, aluminium ≤0.22, yttrium >0-0.001, oxygen >0.0005-0.018, hydrogen >0.0005-0.0017, nitrogen >0.0005-0.050 , sulphur ≤0.020, phosphorus ≤0.015, lead ≤0.009, tin ≤0.009, arsenic ≤0.009, zinc ≤0.009, antimony ≤0.009, molybdenum 2.52-3.55, copper 1.45-2.95, rest is iron. At that, following conditions are met, wt%: (Cre/Nie)≥0.61, Cre=%Cr+2×%Al+3×%Ti+%Mo+1.6×%Si, Nie=%Ni+32×%C+0.6×%Mn+22×%N+%Cu, wherein Cre - equivalent of chromium, Nie - equivalent of nickel.
EFFECT: higher structural stability of alloy in process of ageing, as well as reduced tendency to hot cracks during welding formation is enabled.
