FIELD: mechanical engineering; fuel devices of internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed electrically-controlled nozzle is furnished with two-position hydraulically relieved control valve which connects control chamber either with high-pressure main line, or with return main line, in turn. Head of control valve is cylindrical. Its diameter is made equal mainly to 1.05 of diameter of precision guide of control valve. Control valve chamber communicates with control chamber by additional restrictor and additional check valve connected in parallel to prevent gathering of fuel from control chamber by additional check valve. Additional restrictor is made in body of additional check valve. Nozzle is furnished with control piston. Additional check valve is arranged in bore made in body of control piston, housing of nozzle had plug separating chamber of control valve from control chamber. One end of plug getting into chambers of control valve is made in form of seat of drain valve and other end getting into control chamber is made in form of seat of additional check valve. Additional restrictor communicating control valve chamber with control chamber is made in body of plug.
EFFECT: provision of high manufacturability of parts.
