FIELD: test facility.
SUBSTANCE: stand can be used for pneumatic and hydraulic high-pressure testing of fasteners of pipelines. Stand has base, main and four additional hydraulic clamps, fill-in members, hydraulic system, pressure relay, remote-controlled valves and control unit. All hydraulic clamps are provided with self-centering spherical members. Main and three additional hydraulic clamps are disposed onto base in horizontal. Main and three additional clamps are fixed to base tightly and two other additional clamps are mounted onto the base for movement along circle. Fourth additional hydraulic clamp is fixed onto removable rest and it is fastened in vertical to base by means of rigid constraints. Supply and discharge of test and work mixtures are provided due to control unit, pressure relay and remote-controlled valves; mixtures are released into cavity of tested item and into hydraulic clamps as separately and together. Clamping of any dimension-type-tested item is provided due to set of fill-in members. Force is transmitted from pistons of hydraulic cylinders to fill-in items through self-centering spherical members of hydraulic clamps. Any fill-in member and any spherical member of hydraulic clamp are hold by means of permanent magnets closed up into any piston and into any spherical member.
EFFECT: automated control of different versions of fasteners.
